The Critical Decentralisation Cluster at 38C3 will:
- Organize talk sessions (at the Self-Organized Sessions rooms, or auxiliary stages).
- Have spaces within the cluster ready to receive workshops.

We welcome proposals from our assemblies and any other project fitting the cluster themes' (decentralization, privacy & anonymity and open hardware).

Talks which did not make it to Community Stages are welcomed here. We will make sure each assembly gets at least one chance to present what they are up to.
